Terms & Conditions - the basics
1. General By booking a service with Auto Bros Detailing Cars, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Services All services are performed at the location provided by the customer. The vehicle must be in a safe, accessible area for our technicians to complete the detailing. ⚠️ Please note: Access to water and electricity is required at the service location.
3. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking or upon completion of the service. We accept secure online payments via credit/debit card or other supported platforms.
4. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee. In case of rain or weather issues, we may reschedule the service at no extra cost.
5. Customer Responsibilities Customers must remove personal belongings from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside the car. You must also ensure access to a working water hose and power outlet during the appointment.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee If you’re not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will do our best to resolve any issue or offer a re-cleaning if necessary.
7. Liability We take great care in every service. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or mechanical issues. All services are performed at the customer’s own risk.
