Refund & Cancellations Policy

At Auto Bros Detailing Cars, we are committed to delivering top-quality mobile detailing services with professionalism and care.

✅ Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to **24 hours in advance** for a full refund.

❌ Late Cancellations & No Shows
Cancellations made **less than 24 hours** before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

🚫 No Refunds After Service
Due to the nature of our work, **no refunds will be issued once the detailing service has been completed**, regardless of satisfaction. However, if you are not fully satisfied, please let us know **within 24 hours** and we will do our best to resolve the issue (e.g., touch-ups or re-cleaning when appropriate).

☔ Weather-Related Delays
If bad weather prevents the service from being completed, we will reschedule your appointment at no extra charge.
